He does not get this error on all Visio files. The VSD files having been uploaded to and he's trying to click on the files directly in Salesforce and view them through the Visio Viewer in IE. He still gets the error "The Microsoft Office Visio ViewerĬannot load the specified url or file." in IE 8.
